The professional career of Theodor Schwartzkopff (1659 - 1732) is closely related to the court of Württemberg where he worked as Kapellmeister. These two triosonatas are part of the music collection of the Crown Prince Friedrich Ludwig von Württemberg. They are composed in Italian style with rather simple violin technique.
